Bike rides are a huge help, even going in my standing frame can help tone them down for a while. However, in between massage and range of motion twice a day I usually just do some extra stretches of the muscles that are spasming, and sometimes use hot packs to help them relax.
I wish that I could capture a spasm on video for you; however, I do not spasm with very much frequency and given that they are not something I can trigger, but occur spontaneously, the chances of being able to capture a spasm on camera are very unlikely. I am so sorry!
