You have inspired me, Loa! I have been neglecting to ride my Peloton Bike. After reading your blog, I decided to get back on it. I have set my goal for 15 min a night for 1st week, 20 min a night for 2nd week, 25 mi a night for 3rd week and 30 min a night for 4th week. If I start out slow then I might stick with it until it becomes a routine without excuses! Thank you my friend. I appreciate you putting this out there... I felt like you were talking to me directly lol
