I was recently asked to write a guest piece for Iceland Here and Abroad, which is a website that aims to connect the dots between Iceland and its peoples, both locally and abroad. Collaborating on this project was an amazing opportunity and a great way to connect with my Viking heritage. One of the things that I have enjoyed most about writing Venting with Loa is how it has connected me to people across the globe. When Dísa Guðjónsdóttir, the founder of Iceland Here and Abroad, contacted me to ask if I would be interested and willing to write a guest piece for her website, I was both honored and excited by the prospect of writing a piece for someone else. What a fabulous opportunity for mixing your knowledge of your heritage with your love of history, Loa! I’d love to read the upcoming article.
